Industry of Illusions is a
book that says, "Wake up, think. If it sounds too good to be true, it
probably is." My goal is to help, not to hurt. The only people who may be
hurt by this book are the ones who are ripping off the American people. I
see it this way: If a personal trainer, fitness club, or anybody
associated with the health and fitness industry does not want their
clients to read this book, they probably have something to hide. -Preface
